What data do we process?
When you submit the quote form, we process your name, phone number or e-mail address, event type, city, date, budget preference and your message. With your consent, Google Analytics cookies measure visits and successful quote requests. Advertising measurement is a separate option; we do not use personalised advertising. Without your consent, Google receives only cookieless, anonymous measurement signals (such as page views and request outcomes); no Google cookie is set in your browser and no identifier that recognises you is used. Quote records also include the site language, initial landing page, general traffic source, country code when available and, if you arrived through an ad click, the ad click identifier (gclid/gbraid/wbraid) and campaign parameters. WhatsApp/phone clicks and form-save outcomes are measured without names, contact details or persistent visitor identifiers.
Why, and on what legal basis?
Your data is processed solely to answer your quote request, to contact you and to keep a record of the request. The legal bases are KVKK art. 5/2-c (processing directly related to forming a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Your data is never added to marketing lists or sold to third parties. Interaction statistics without identifying details are used to evaluate the website and quote flow.
Where is it stored, who receives it?
Form records are kept in a secure cloud database with access limited by password and authorisation; the underlying servers may be hosted abroad. Sending the WhatsApp message that opens after submission is your choice; if you send it, its content travels over WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure. If you permit measurement, page visits, device/browser information, traffic sources and request outcome events may be processed by Google, including on servers outside your country. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and message text entered in the form are not sent to Google. How Google uses data. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page.
For how long?
Request records are kept for a reasonable period to run the proposal process and to serve as evidence in potential disputes, and are deleted or anonymised no later than 2 years after the request is concluded.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@zulkafx.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
